You should show up at least 30 minutes before your race time. Bring ID (Driver's License). You will need to sign the waiver, will receive your race bib and shirt, have your arm Sharpied, then you're ready to go!

Yes, we will have an area dedicated to children. There will not be a supervisor on-hand though. You may bring as many family and friends as you wish to witness you starting and finishing the course. Be sure to have them bring a camera!
Yes, there is no age limit. They go the entire 3+ miles. If there is an obstacle they cannot or do not want to do, they may skip it.
